Tư-Trà today announced the launch of its first Matcha Collection – a focused duo of drinks designed for everyday rituals, quiet work sessions, and late-night bursts of inspiration.

Crafted in Saigon, the new collection reflects Tư-Trà’s approach to tea: minimal, precise, and deeply personal. Each recipe is tuned to bring out the bright green clarity of matcha while staying gentle enough to sip slowly, without the heaviness or harsh bitterness often found in commercial matcha lattes.

The collection debuts with two core profiles:

Matcha Au Lait – a smooth, milk-forward matcha with a soft, lingering finish. Built for those who want the comfort of a latte but still taste the green tea underneath.
Matcha B’Lao – a cleaner, more tea-focused expression inspired by highland air and early-morning fog. Less sweet, more defined, and ideal for people who usually “don’t like sweet drinks” but still want something creamy in hand.

Both drinks are calibrated on the same internal principles that guide every Tư-Trà beverage:
– a stable texture that doesn’t split or feel heavy after a few sips
– sweetness that lifts the flavour without masking it
– and an aftertaste that makes you think about the tea first, not the sugar.

“Matcha was never meant to be just a trend drink or a green milkshake,” said the Tư-Trà founder. “With this collection, we wanted to bring matcha back to a calmer place – something you can drink at your desk, in the studio, or on the way home, and feel like yourself again.”

The Matcha Collection will be available in limited quantities during the initial release phase, with a focus on consistency and quality over volume. Each batch is brewed, tested, and adjusted in-house before service.

Customers in Saigon will be able to experience the new Matcha Collection through selected partners and platforms, with more details to follow on Tư-Trà’s official channels.
