Tư-Trà is preparing to introduce its first “Oolong Archive” tasting series, a limited set of experimental oolong profiles designed for enthusiasts who want to explore deeper expressions of Vietnamese tea craftsmanship.

Each batch in the series is intentionally small — some only a few hundred grams — allowing the team to push roasting curves, oxidation levels, and processing techniques beyond conventional commercial boundaries.

The upcoming release features three preliminary profiles:

01. Spring Four Seasons – Light Roast
A bright, floral expression with airy aromatics and a quick, refreshing finish.

02. Thanh Tâm – Mid-Fire
Built for depth and warmth, with toasted honey notes and a steady, calming aftertaste.

03. Tứ Quý – High Fire, Limited Batch
Structured, bold, and slightly smoky, this batch explores a more assertive side of Bao Lộc’s terroir.

The Oolong Archive project represents Tư-Trà’s long-term vision: to document and share the evolution of Vietnamese oolong processing through small, thoughtful releases.

“Some teas aren’t meant for mass production,” the founder shared. “They are meant to be tasted, remembered, and used as reference points for what Vietnamese oolong can become.”
